Community Access
UVAC offers many community access programs like: Well & Fit at UVAC for people who are sedentary, have physical impairments, or chronic pain and want to get active (referred by a physician), FREE week trial for those new to Swim Team, as well as a Corporate Membership for businesses who want to offer a discounted membership to their employees. If you are interested in Membership but still need some assistance Financial Aid is also available.

Payment Options
Annual Pre-Paid Plan
Paying your membership fee up front is the most economical way to be a member.
Monthly Subscription
Savings and convenience is the name of the game here. You don't have to come up with a lot of cash up front, but enjoy conveniently deducted dues from your checking, savings, debit, or credit card. If you choose this plan, you commit to your membership for a FULL 12 months. After that, fill out a cancellation form on OR BEFORE the 24th of the month and you won't be charged for the next month.
Month-to-Month Plan
The most flexible plan we have. No long term agreements. As with the annual plan and the month subscription plan, you get classes free and program discounts. This option offers you the most flexibility and is renewed on a monthly basis until cancelled.
Free Membership: Renew Active Program with United Health
The Renew Active Program with United Health provides eligible members access to Upper Valley Aquatic Center at no cost to you. You will have access to all the services and privileges that are normally a part of our standard membership. Extra programs that typically include additional fees are not included.
Select plan holders of an eligible Medicare Plan insured by United Healthcare Insurance Company are eligible for the Renew Active Program. AARP Medicare Supplement Plans with United Healthcare in certain have access to the Renew Active by United Healthcare at UVAC.
To enroll in Renew Active you will need to provide our facility your Renew Active Confirmation Code. To obtain this code, log into your UnitedHealthcare member website and go to Health and Wellness and look for Renew Active, or for assistance you can call Customer Service toll-free at the number on the back of your member ID card.

One Parent and Two Parent Memberships
UVAC strives to make our facility affordable for families to enjoy year-round fun together.
We have built our memberships to accommodate both single family households as well as two parent households. We also offer financial aid and reduced rate memberships to families that qualify.
Explanation of Qualifications
ONE Parent Memberships are the same flat rate for a Mother or Father or Legal Guardian who has up to 3 children. Any child(ren) over that number is added for a small fee. The only two qualifying conditions for this membership are: A) The Parent listed is a custodial and/or step parent of the dependent child(ren) and B) The children are under 18 years of age.
TWO Parent Memberships are the same flat rate for a Mother or Father or Legal Guardian and the Spouse who has up to 3 children. Any child(ren) over that number is added for a small fee. The only three qualifying conditions for this membership are: A) The Parents listed are custodial and/or step parents of the dependent child(ren), B) The children are under 18 years of age, and C) The 2 parents listed are spouses of each other, living in the same household.
We recognize that not all families fit into these qualification so anything outside of these two scenarios will need approval from the Operations Director. Grandparents, Babysitters, Nannies etc…will not qualify under either of these memberships and will need to purchase their own membership.
Cancellation Terms
General Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your membership without penalty or further obligation by submitting a written notice of your cancellation to be delivered in person at UVAC or postmarked by certified or registered US mail within three (3) business days of the date of this contract or the date of your receipt. Annual Membership Cancellation Policy
UVAC requires written notice by use of our cancellation form or by written letter, delivered in person at UVAC or postmarked by certified or registered US mail.
Cancellation of an Annual membership before the minimum contracted term, results in a retroactive charge based on the number of months the membership was used at the month-to-month membership rate. The remaining balance will then be refunded.
Monthly Subscription (EFT) Cancellation Policy
UVAC requires written notice. You must do this by the 24th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.

After our three (3) day money back guarantee, this membership is non-refundable. UVAC requires written notice. You must do this by the 24th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.
FAQs
Children seven years and under, must be accompanied by adult in the water with the child within arms reach. Children 13 years and under must be supervised at all times by a paying parent or guardian who is 18 years or older. The only exception is if the child is participating in an organized UVAC Program where we provide the extra supervision, like swim team.
Youth 12 and 13 years of age may use the Fitness Center or attend Group Exercise Classes when accompanied by a parent or guardian after an orientation with a UVAC Personal Trainer or Fitness Monitor.
Youth 14-16 are welcome to use the Fitness Center and Group Classes without the supervision of a parent or guardian after completing an orientation with a UVAC Personal Trainer or Fitness Monitor.
Our party room overlooks the Competition Pool and is perfect to host birthday, graduation or other special occasions. Click here for our Party Package information. We offer party food packages or you can bring your own. Group Visits (10 or more people from a recognized organization) may come for the day for a discount. Or have a special private event After Hours on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night. Advanced registration required. UVAC rents lanes in the Competition Pool for water polo, rescue classes, training session and swim meets.
There are family lockers and a family changing room located on the pool deck next to the Splash Park and Warm Water Pool. When faced with the situation of being an adult with children of the opposite sex this is a great option for you.
The temperature is between 78-80 degrees all year long. It is cooler because it is a competition pool and people exercise vigorously in it. This temperature is best for training.
The temperature is 86-89 degrees all year. It is perfect for therapy, lessons and water exercise for the youngest and older people among us.
